It's All in the DETAILS

Street Style Kid: Now this is what I think is perfect. Effortless style... the belt! the belt! the belt!

"I JUST ADORED HOW DAZED AND CONFUSED MENSWEAR FASHION EDITOR, ROBBIE SPENCER, WORE HIS LANVIN BEADED TROMPE L’OEIL T-SHIRT. RATHER THAN WEARING THE LOOK DIRECTLY FROM THE RUNWAY, HE LAYERS IT WITH AN EFFORTLESS EASE. BRAVO!"

"I'm wearing a Dr Denim blazer, a Ralph Lauren dress shirt, These Glory Days chinos and vintage shoes. My style ranges from rock'n roll to preppy. I think Leonard Cohen and Prince Charles have a great style. You can see good styles in France and North Italy, too. Lately I've been inspired by Woody Allen movies." -Collin

The Street Style Kid speaks: booooooooring. I appreciate his attempt at style, and I'm sure he is quite the stylish fellow. But I am sick of guys in this in between bow-tie preppy/sloppy look, I say if you're coming to be preppy commit to the idea and if you dare to combine it with another style, make sure it's cohesive.

"This summer I will be wearing a lot of white tanks, shorts with unusual patterns and hats. I’m a Christian and my greatest inspiration in everything is God. To be honest, I’m not that impressed with London street style anymore, with the exception of Shoreditch. People look the same and unusual has become usual. Everyone shops in same places, like Topshop, and thinks this is what fashion is about. I think the best street style is in Denmark and Sweden. However, I wish men’s street style generally would improve – someone has to take a leap. My favourite designer is Ermanno Scervino." -Alex
